The course is divided into 3 basic units

1. Mining Environmental Law
2. Managing Workforces
3. Mine Health and Safety Regulations

Each of these three units are the subject of one of the three tests. The tests are largely non-comprehensive and focus on their topical areas. Obviously some overlap and inter-relationships between subjects are possible, but the primary test design is non-comprehensive.  Topical Organization is as follows.
